Question: When Buyers look at homes what seems to be the main items they look for?

Answer: Lately Buyers have an interesting request, it may sound strange but quite a few are drawn to the front porch look. Second, they look for an in-ground pool (or room to put one in). It must be an in-thing for the gen X and Y Buyers. They also look for wood floors, updated bathrooms and mod kitchens. They like the style of grandma’s house but clean and modern.
