Dear Tony,
Larry and I can see you became Realtor of the Year in 2001. Everytime I would see Terry in church she would say, when are you going to put your house on the market. So the end of April we went into S.A.S Real Estate and saw Tony. He sat down with us and told us what we had to do to get our house ready. He sat and listened about our needs and wants. He did not list our house at a high price just to get us to sign with him. He was honest, told us what we would get. He was right, houses that were priced high on our blocked sold for what Tony said. We think you should be Realtor of 2002.
The end of May we put our house on the market, exclusive with S.A.S. 14 customers later our house was sold. Each and everyone one Tony's staff that showed our house was very professional. They would call before they came over with clients. They were all very nice.
Tony, we think that you should become husband of the year. Over the years we can see what a wonderful, kind and caring human being you are. You and your wife are very blessed to have each other. You are a very special person Tony.
Tony, thank you for all the help you gave us so we can start our dream in our new home, may you always be blessed with the kindness you give others. Our daughter is getting excited to see us, thanks to you.

How nice and unexpected, to recieve the gift certificate from you. Ive never been to the Oak Chalet so I'm looking forward to experiences a new place. It has been sometime since Ive had German food and it will be a welcome change of pace.
This year has sped by for me. It probably went even more quickly for you. As President your efforts to include and involve more people were certaintly successful and even more remarkable in this time of declining involvment. This will have effects that reach far into the future, a testament to your leadership.
So I thank you for making my job more challenging and interesting and for the thoughtfulness of a different dining experience to top it off.

Dear S.A.S Realty,
I am writing to thank you for the generous scholarship that I received from your business on graduation day at Wantagh High School. I am truly grateful and honored that you chose me as the recipient of this award. This scholarship is a tremendous help for my family and me in paying for my college tuition.
